Terms of use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms govern the use of PDF Ligero at pdf-ligero.nodeluck.app. Please read them before using the site.

Acceptance

By using PDF Ligero you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

The service

PDF Ligero is a free tool for reading PDFs, searching for text inside them and converting them to Markdown. It runs in your browser and may change, be interrupted or stop being offered at any time.

Permitted use

You may use the service for personal and professional purposes, provided you have the right to use the documents you convert and you comply with the law. You may not use it to infringe the rights of others, to overload it with mass automated access or to try to compromise it.

Your documents

Your documents remain yours. Because they are processed in your browser and we do not receive them, we acquire no rights over them. You are solely responsible for the content you convert and for how you use the result.

Accuracy of conversions

The conversion is automatic and approximate. It may omit content, change the order of the text or misinterpret tables, columns, lists and formulas, and it does not recognize text that is inside images. Always review the result before using it, especially in legal, medical, financial or technical contexts.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including freedom from errors, continuous availability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of the service or the inability to use it. This does not limit any rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Third-party software

The PDF reading engine is PDF.js, by Mozilla, distributed under the Apache 2.0 license. Its trademarks and rights belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the site operator is based, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
